Made-to-Order Products
All items in our store are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size ordered
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect address provided at checkout
Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect (wrong product, design, or size sent)
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product
Photo of the packaging (if damaged)
After review, we will offer:
A free replacement, or
A full refund (including shipping)
Lost Packages
If your order appears lost in transit:
Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:
5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
